AIDoctorNotes was founded by Blane Jackson, DDS/MBA. Before this, Blane owned and operated eight dental practices across Arizona — Mesa General, Canyon Vista, River's Edge, and five others — with 65+ employees and tens of thousands of patient visits a year. He sold the group in early 2026.
Years of writing dental SOAP notes at 9pm, using AI scribes trained on hospital medicine and watching them fumble CDT codes, made the gap obvious. AIDoctorNotes is what he wished he'd had in the operatory.
