The public pilot uses synthetic or role-played scenarios only — do not submit patient information. BAA, security, privacy, retention, and implementation requirements must be separately confirmed in writing before any patient-data workflow.
Account information includes your email address and authentication credentials, profile information (name, specialty, organization), and subscription and billing information. Documentation data includes voice recordings and transcriptions, generated SOAP notes, and custom templates and preferences. We use this to process voice recordings, generate SOAP notes, deliver completed documentation, maintain your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
Configured hosting, authentication, analytics, and drafting providers may process limited data needed to provide the requested workflow. Current subprocessors and data flows are reviewed before any live implementation.
You can download your data, export notes, request a copy of your information, delete individual notes or recordings, request complete account deletion, and opt out of data processing.
